What we do

Practical systems for the work that eats your week. We use the tools you already pay for wherever we can.

Workflow automation

Approvals, reminders, hand-offs and data entry that run on their own, with a clear record of what happened.

AI assistants on your data

Chat and search over your own documents, policies and records, with answers that point back to the source.

Document and email processing

Sort, read and extract from invoices, forms and inboxes, then file the result where it belongs. A person checks anything uncertain.

Integrations between your tools

Make the systems you already use share data, so nobody copies and pastes between them.

Reporting dashboards

One live view of the numbers you check every Monday, built from the sources you already have.

How it works

Small, scoped steps, so you know what you are getting before you commit to more.

  1. Discovery call

We listen, look at how the work runs today, and say honestly whether automation will help.

  2. Scoped pilot

One process, a written scope and a fixed price, agreed before any work starts.

  3. Build

We build and test it with your real examples, and show you progress as we go.

  4. Handover and support

Documentation and a walkthrough for your team, then support while it settles in.

What it can look like

Illustrative scenarios, not client stories. Each is the kind of job a first pilot might cover.

A shared inbox that sorts itself

Enquiries are read, labelled, and routed to the right person with a suggested reply. Anything unclear is flagged for a human.

Invoices into the accounts

Supplier invoices arrive by email, the key fields are extracted, and a draft entry is created for someone to approve.

Ask the handbook

Staff ask a question about a policy or procedure and get an answer with a link to the exact page it came from.

The Monday report, without the Monday

Figures from several systems are pulled together overnight into a single page that is ready when the week starts.

Questions

What happens to our data?

We ask for the least access the job needs, ideally through a dedicated account that you can switch off at any time. Before the build starts we tell you which services, including any AI providers, will process your data, and we do not go beyond that without asking. Where it matters, we can choose providers and settings that do not use your data to train models.

Which tools do you work with?

Most business software that has an API or can send and receive email, files or webhooks: email and calendars, spreadsheets, accounting packages, CRMs, helpdesks, forms and document stores. If a tool cannot be connected sensibly, we say so on the discovery call rather than build something fragile.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. What we build for you, including configuration, scripts and documentation, is handed over to you. Subscriptions to third-party services stay in your name, so you are never locked in to us.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

We design for it. Important steps have a person approving the result, uncertain cases are flagged rather than guessed, and we test on your own examples before anything goes live.

How is the price set?

The pilot is scoped in writing and priced as a fixed fee before work begins. Anything beyond that scope is discussed and agreed first.

  • what the process is and who does it
  • which tools are involved
  • roughly how often it happens
