What this site collects
This site has no contact form, no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. It does not ask for or store any personal data when you read it.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply to you and to discuss possible work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (answering an enquiry you sent us) and, if you ask for a quote or proposal, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
We keep an enquiry only as long as we need it to reply and follow up. If we do work together, we keep records for as long as the law and our contract require.
We do not sell your data or use it for marketing to you unless you ask us to keep in touch.
Who handles the data
Our email is hosted by Hostinger. This website is delivered through Cloudflare, which handles technical request data, such as IP addresses, to serve pages and protect against abuse. These providers act on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable form. Email us and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we add analytics or a contact form in future, we will update this notice first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
